How billing works
Pro and Ultra are real, paid subscriptions processed securely through PayPal. Your card or PayPal balance is charged when you upgrade, and again every 30 days until you switch back to Free from your Billing page. Downgrades take effect immediately and stop future renewals — we do not prorate a refund for the unused portion of the current cycle just for downgrading.
When you're eligible for a refund
If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same cycle, or a paid tier failed to deliver the access it promised (for example, a billing bug that didn't apply your tier's limits), you're eligible for a full refund of that billing cycle. Refund requests for other reasons (change of mind, unused messages, etc.) are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.
Requesting a refund
Contact us with your account email and the approximate charge date within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
